What metal is it?

Stainless steel with a plated finish. Steel core, jewellery-grade plating.

Will the plating wear?

Daily wear is fine. Avoid perfume sprayed directly on it and it will keep its colour for years.

Can I swim in it?

Shower yes. Pools and sea, take it off — chlorine and salt shorten any plating's life.

How do I measure my wrist?

Can I add charms later?

Yes. Every charm uses the same bail and fits every Chainmark bracelet.

Do you take crypto? Which coins?

BTC, ETH and USDC at checkout, alongside cards and Apple Pay.

How long does shipping take?

Dispatched in 1–2 working days, tracked. UK 2–3 working days, international 5–10.

Can I return it?

14 days, unused, in original packaging. Opened loose charms can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
