Every order ships tracked. Free over £75. Dispatch in 1–2 working days. UK delivery 2–3 working days; EU 5–7; rest of world 7–10. Times are working days, not promises about customs.

Returns

14 days from delivery. Unused, original packaging. Loose charms that have been opened can't be returned. Email us with your order number and we'll send the return address. Refund to the original payment method — crypto orders refund in the settled fiat amount.
